Shipments are sent through one of the companies:

• DHL
• UPS
• FedEx

The Delivery times are between 3-10 business days
Shipping cost: $35

* When placing the order, you must enter your full address and contact information to verify the details before sending the order.
A tracking number will be sent after the shipment is packed and will be trackable on the website of the chosen courier company.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are shipped out within 3-10 business days.
(Excluding weekends and holidays, not including the date of order).

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

as soon as you place your order, we start working on it!

Send us an email at cs@brendastudio.com with your order number and/or new address within 1 hour of placing your order, and we'll put in a request with our facility. Our orders are processed quickly, therefore we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled or that the shipping address will be changed.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

When your order gets shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info for you can keep track on the delivery status throw carrier delivery company.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY/WRONG ITEM IN MY PACKAGE, WHAT DO I DO?

send us an email with your order number and include a clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item. Make sure we can see the ticket with item number in the photo so we can find out what went wrong.

 

RETURNS

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

For return or exchange of an item, all you have to do is make sure 7 days did not pass from receiving your item, choose the reason for the return or exchange and add how you would like to receive your credit back.
stick the sticker you received inside the package on top of the package (cover the address that is already on the package).

In case the address sticker got lost please add details as written below

Please notify our team that you are making a return.

*Make sure to receive a tracking number from the courier for the return package.
*Please note, these returns are at the expense of the customer. Rates vary based on weight and country of origin.

WHERE’S MY REFUND?

If you choose to mail in your items, you can use the tracking number to see when your return package is delivered to our returns facility (this can take up to 10-14 business days). Once your package arrives, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

I AM OUTSIDE OF THE RETURNS POLICY, CAN I STILL RETURN?

You’re welcome to make a return within 7 days of your items being delivered. Unfortunately, after this time, we are not able to accept returns.

DO I HAVE TO USE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO MAKE A RETURN?

No need, just pack the items in a sealable, non see-through bag or box.
